Payment policy

No online payment processing

We do not collect or process card details, mobile money PINs, or any payment credentials on this website. There is no payment gateway on Benson Auto Zone. Any page asking you for card details while claiming to be us is not us — please report it to sales@bensonautozone.co.ke.

How ordering and payment actually work

1. You place an order on this site. You add items to the cart, give us your name, phone number and delivery preference, and confirm. Nothing is charged at this point.
2. You receive an order number. Your order is saved with the status pending confirmation. It is a record of what you want, not a completed sale.
3. A WhatsApp chat opens with your order details. We confirm that every item is physically in stock, confirm the final total including delivery, and agree a payment method with you.
4. You pay us directly. Payment is made outside this website using one of the methods below.
5. We dispatch or prepare for collection once payment is received and cleared.

Payment methods we accept

• M-Pesa — to the Paybill or Till number we give you in the WhatsApp chat.
• Bank transfer — account details supplied on request.
• Cash — on collection at our premises, or on delivery within Nairobi where we have agreed this in advance.

We will never ask you to send money to a personal mobile number or an account name that is not Benson Auto Zone. If the details you are given do not match our business name, stop and call us on +254111387596 before paying.

Total cost

The price shown against each product is the price you pay for that item, in KES, and includes VAT where it applies. On top of that:

Your cart shows the running total before you commit, and the checkout page shows the full total including delivery. Fitting, balancing, alignment and any other workshop service is not included in the product price and is quoted separately.

Prices and availability

Prices and stock levels on this site are kept as accurate as we can make them, but they can change. If an item's price or availability has changed between you placing the order and us confirming it, we will tell you in the WhatsApp chat before you pay. You are free to cancel at that point at no cost — nothing has been charged.

Receipts

We issue a receipt for every payment. Ask us in the chat if you need an ETR receipt or an invoice made out to a company.

Refunds

Where a refund is due under our return and refund policy, it is paid back through the same method you used to pay us.
